Activation: Simply scattering the soil is sufficient; the pouch held only ten applications originally (she's down to 4). It does not replenish until her next Chrysalis; the pouch was a gift from a Nunnehi to her original vintner life over a century ago.

It's caused distribution delays that has cost her enterprise a fair amount of money, which has resulted in many years barely breaking even, never mind turning a profit. But eh, live, laugh, love, right?
