Supernatural Qualities: Many local fae know and respect (or fear) this mighty Troll thane; but all can feel something special about her, as if she were both designed to stand apart and alone and preferred it out of conceit, like the heroic demigods of old doomed to conquer all, right up until they failed and fell

Traits: Appearance 4 (luminous); Style 1; Reputation; Echoes: sense of demigod-like heroism that precludes others (3)

“Stand down or I will break you against these walls.”
History
Date of Birth: June 4th, 1957
Home: Ramsey, Illinois, United States
Family: Philip and Susan Gilby (parents), Ernie (younger brother); Megan (birth name)
Chrysalis: Observed Injustice (she grew up in a small town in rural Illinois in a middle-class family, her father owning the local sportings good store; she herself was quite the jock; her Chrysalis triggered when a high school boyfriend made the error of trying to drug and rape her; resulting fight landed them both in the hospital, him the worse off), 1972
Mentor: Rolanda Raggisdottir
The Test: Trial by Influence (the relatively slow-building surge of Glamour drew local Trolls, many of whom had anticipated her rebirth after falling in the Accordance War; she underwent the Saining, renaming herself to Bodile, and was brought up to speed, all while she finished high school)
Comrades: Halvor Gambling, Camden Holt, Colton Grosse, Ginkozan Tano, Marshall Roth, Amber Rowe
Key Event #1: Personal Tragedy (but as much as she wanted to serve with her fellow Trolls in their fellowship, the Sidhe also learned of her return and called her on an Arcadian Oath she'd made ages ago, binding her now to loyal service to House Dougal, so she took up the retainment and moved to the Kansas City area to serve under Duchess Letitia Dain)
Key Event #2: Awe & Wonder (for many years, while a minor thane, she honed her faerie and combat skills and magical knowledge)
Key Event #3: War (but she was tested more than once, especially during the Cyclonic Wars of the Silver Passage, a war that raged through the Kingdom of Grass in the 80s, in which Thallain and Nunnehi combined forces against the Kithain to take back their freeholds; the fight was long and brutal, a war of attrition; it ended when the Nunnehi learned how untrustworthy the Thallain really were; Bodile did distinguish herself during the fights, however)
Key Event #4: Awe & Wonder (she was commended for how she helped hold the line, especially against ogres and the goblin war machines)
Key Event #5: War (later, a more frightening conflict arrived and particularly marched towards Caer Yocuna: the Scarred Legion, Thallain forces aligned with the Fir-Bolga; she once more distinguished herself in these major defensive battles)
Transition: Victory (with such conflict under her belt, she was made captain of the guard and came to watch the local freeholds, especially the duchy, very protectively, even after earning the affection of a Troll Kinain shieldmate named Halvor Gambling)

Remembrance
Magnitude: Bodile has cultivated a strong memory through years of communion with her inner divine self. It reaches back to nearly the Shattering.
Details: Her memory is how she ascertained the veracity of her ancient Arcadian Oath binding her to noble service. The Sidhe once came to her people's aid in the fey home world in ages past; she is bound to repay the favor.
Chimera
Armor of the Mountain
Appearance: A full set of custom-fitted field plate armor, with reinforced and enchanted steel plates around her torso and limbs with lighter chain mesh links to protect joints. It does not include a shield but does have a helm in the spangenhelm medieval fashion: protecting the top and sides of the head but no front visor. The main chestpiece boasts engravings of a great warrior-woman upon a destrier, like the Amazons of old.
Origin: Inherent
Effects: The armor is as good as Sidhe Plate; furthermore, she cannot be subjected to knock downs (even if someone, like another Troll, were strong enough to do so), only knocked back. (So, if she were Wyrded and wearing the armor, a Mac truck slamming into her would not knock her down, just slide her back many, many feet, and still likely shatter every bone in her body, after which time she would then collapse.)
Activation: Simply don it fully and properly (not rushed).
Axe of the Warder
Appearance: A double-headed axe (labrys) intended for two-handed use, though she can wield it easily enough in one. Its ancient haft is made of an unknown wood while the broad and cleft axe heads are of an incredibly hard and enchanted extraterrestial iron (harvested from a meteorite). Her armor and voile both have a jury-rigged thong to enable her to keep the weapon strapped to her back when not using it.
Origin: Inherent
Effects: She may use the broad axehead as a small shield in combat with no risk of the weapon breaking (so even against small missile weapons, including bullets). Furthermore, the weapon adds +1 to Melee dice rolls if she's fighting purely in defense (she did not provoke the fight).
Activation: Simply wield it.
Long Sword
Appearance: An ordinary medieval double-edged long sword some 35 inches in length with a cross-guard hilt and unadorned scabbard.
Origin: Inherent
Dagger
Appearance: An ordinary double-edged knife with a cross-guard hilt and unadorned scabbard.
Origin: dsdsds
Composite Short Bow
Appearance: A recurved hunting bow crafted from the horn of an enormously tusked chimerical beast. Her leather quiver contains twelve arrows fletched with brown-and-white eagle feathers. The quiver self-replenishes everyday.
Origin: Inherent
Bunk Styles
Style: War & P.E.
Examples: Leap, flex muscles, get limber, assume a fighting pose, slam your weapon into the ground
Significant Other
Name: Halvor Gambling, 2007
Nature: Romantic

Halvor
Weakness
Standing Alone
Bodile does not aim to stand and fight alone but by Dán she often ends up that way, even nowadays after acquiring a Kinain shieldmate and brother-in-arms. She will inevitably fall alone, too.
Likelihood of Corruption
Very low.
By her oaths and position, Bodile is in no way whatsoever vulnerable to corrupting forces.
