Chrysalis: Observed Injustice (Violet was born in Chalet Reading, a house in the bayou outside of New Orleans; when a little girl, she saw her Kinfolk mother killed by fomori, and while her father and brother protected her, they then explained what happened; from then on, she embraced the "Kinfolk life", willingly working as "bait" for their enemies and targets; the Deliverance-like atmosphere their home created, and a decade of that weirdness ultimately triggered her Chrysalis, freaking out so much by a slaughter of fomori that she turned into a coyote and fled into the woods), 2010

The Test: Trial by Influence (the Mists only partially affected the two Trueborn Fianna Garou, who chased her down and, amazed by her true faerie nature, sent her over to a faerie hermit to learn from, where the guidance stayed brief and simple, as Violet felt eager to return to her home life and family)

Coyotes have one serious flaw: the habit to slow down and peek back at those chasing them. The action usually lets pursuit catch up, often fatal. But Violet has a pack. Her father and brother can watch her 6 just like she watches theirs, if she was willing to be more of a team player.
